Our tools are made of quality steel that guarantee a life-span of more than a million injections. Our standards for materials are: sturdiness, durability and heat conductivity. Our suppliers are: Bohler, Uddeholm, AmpcoMetal. We are also skilled in heat treatment. Our experience and constant training guarantee high quality treatment. We always follow new technologies that enable more optimal and faster treatments.
1. TOOL PRODUCTION
We can produce:
- Tools of size 1000 x 800 mm
- Plastic injection moulding tools
- High pressure aluminium diecasting tools
- Stamping and recasting tools
- Form parts up to 62 HRC
- Form parts from AMPCA (different types of AMPCA)

2. CNC MILLING
We offer services on 3 and 5-axis machines.
- A 3-axis machine is an HSC moulding machine RODERS RXP 500 with 42.000 rpm.
- A 5-axis machine is a HERMLE C 42 U Dynamic with 25.000 rpm.
- We also have a 3-axis machine which is a HERMLE C 600 with 16.000 rpm.
3. EDM (Electrical discharge machining)
We offer services on an EDM machine MITSUBISHI model EA8 with copper or graphite electrodes. The machine’s equipment is a clamping system EROWA.
4. WIRE EDM
We offer services on a wire erosion machine AGIECUT CLASSIC.
5. HOLE PUNCHING
We offer services on a machine SODICK K1C, from 0,3 to 3 mm.
6. INJECTION MOLDING
We offer services on machines KRAUSSMAFFEI – 30 and 80 tonnes.
7. STAMPING
We offer stamping on a 32-tonne stamping machine WEINGARTEN.
8. GRINDING
We offer surface grinding on a grinding machine JUNG JF 525.
9. MILLING
We offer milling on a classic milling machine EMCO FB-4.
